| 摘 要： | 以91个番茄晚疫病菌菌株为材料，利用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳技术，对其6-磷酸葡萄糖异构酶（Gpi）和肽酶（Pep）进行基因型鉴定与分析。结果共发现4种Gpi类型：100／100/111、86/100/111、86/100和100/100；两种Pep类型：100/100和92/100。其中100/100/111和100/100分别为病样采集区主流的Gpi与Pep类型，在所有病样采集区均有发现，各占全部鉴定菌株数量的85．7％和94．5％。醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳技术可以快速、准确应用于晚疫病菌同工酶基因型鉴定。 |
