FTIR显微技术在阻燃木材炭化过程及阻燃剂渗透研究中的应用

摘    要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)显微技术获得了FRW阻烧木材及其炭化产物的微区FTIR谱。用微区FTIR谱法测定了FRW阻燃木材中FRW阻燃剂的渗透深度,测定精度达0.2mm,方法准确而快速。通过解析FRW阻燃木材不同炭化阶段产物的微区FTIR谱,推断其结构特征,进而讨论了FRW阻燃木材的炭化过程。

Abstract:The micro-area FTIR spectra of FRW fire retardant treated wood and its charring products were obtained by FTIR microscopy. The depth of penetration of FRW fire retardant into wood was determnied by method of micro-area FTIR spectra. the determination precision of the method was 0.2mm. indicating that the method is precise and quick. By analyzing the micro-area FTIR spectra of the charring products of FRW fire-retardant wood in different charring phases. their structural characteristics were deduced. and the charring process of FRW fire retardant wood was discussed.
