摘    要: 研究选择20个微卫星标记,通过对新扬州鸡多态性的检测,计算了各微卫星标记的等位基因数Na,有效等位基因数Ne,多态信息含量PIC,杂合度H,并分析了微卫星标记与40周龄蛋重、蛋壳强度、哈氏单位之间的关系。结果表明:①扬州鸡群体内遗传多样性丰富;②ADL176和MCW260与40周龄哈氏单位呈显著相关;③MCW176与40周龄蛋重呈显著相关。

Abstract:In this study,20 microsatellite markers were selected to analyze the polymorphism of new Yangzhou Chicken.The number of allele(Na),the number of effective allele(Ne),polymorphism information content(PIC)and heterozygosity(He)were calculated,based on allele frequencies.The correlation was analyzed between the genotypes and 3 egg quality characteristics,including weight and strength of the eggs laid by 40-week-old chickens and Haugh unit of the 40-week-old chickens.The results showed that:(1)the genetic diversity was abundant in New Yangzhou Chicken and there was a significant correlation between marker ADL176 and marker MCW260 and Haugh unit;(2)there was a significant correlation between marker MCW176 and the egg weight.
