| 摘 要： | 随着我国改革开放的不断推进,经济增长和城市化进程日益加快,土地资源经济供给的有限性和社会经济发展对土地资源需求的无限性之间矛盾逐渐加剧。为此,基于我国目前土地利用规划管理工作的现状,针对土地利用规划的特点,对县(市)级土地利用规划管理信息系统的系统构架和数据库结构进行较全面的阐述,并展望国土资源信息化的前景。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the current situation of land-use planning in our country, the thesis discusses the systematic framework and database structure of Land-use Planning and Management Information System according to the characteristic of land-use planning business, especially on the city level and county level. The information system discussed has been put into practice in the Bureau of Land and Resources in County Rudong, Jiangsu province. |
