| 摘 要： | 目的]选用分光光度法与HPLC法同时测定青海小蓟中绿原酸的含量，以寻找既迅速快捷又廉价的检测方法。方法]采用甲醇对小蓟中绿原酸进行提取，①采用酚类物质中酚羟基与三氯化铁的显色反应，进行绿原酸含量的比色测定；②用高效液相色谱仪（HPLC）对小蓟中的绿原酸含量进行测定。结果]小蓟中绿原酸含量以HLPC法测出的值较高。结论]这两种测定方法简单、快捷，均可用于小蓟中绿原酸含量的检测与评价。
