| 摘 要： | 阐述了科技评价的起源、概念与特点,提出当前农业科技评价存在定位不够明确、评价能力有待提高、评价指标体系存在误区等主要问题,并提出了对策,主要包括:落实科技评价相关规定,建立健全农业科技评价管理制度和操作规范;建立健全农业科技评价支持系统,培育农业科技评价人力资源;加强对符合农业科研现状的评价指标体系和方法的研究等内容。

| Abstract: | The origination,conception and characteristic of science and technology assessment were expounded in the paper.The main problems of current agriculture science and technology assessment were analyzed,including positioning was not clear enough,the evaluating ability needed increasing and there was the misunderstanding of the system of evaluation,etc..The suggestions were put forward as follows:committing the standard rates of the science and technology assessment,establishing and completing the administration system and normalized processing of the science and technology assessment,establishing and completing the supporting system of the agriculture science and technology assessment,educating the human resources of the agriculture science and technology assessment,reinforcing the index system and method of the assessment considering the present agriculture science and technology status. |
