摘    要:为探讨干旱胁迫下欧李的光合机构功能及其干旱逆境的生理响应机制,采用室外盆栽的试验方法,研究了欧李在不同土壤水分条件下的生理生态反应.结果表明:随着土壤含水量的减少,欧李体内水分出现有效亏缺,叶绿素逐渐分解.当土壤含水量维持在田间持水量的55%-60%时,欧李尚能适应干旱环境而保证其光合机构免受光损伤,而当土壤含水量进一步降低时,其光合机构则会受到光损伤,午间高光强下发生可逆性光抑制,且光抑制程度随着土壤干旱程度的增加而增强.

Abstract:In order to survey the photosynthetic mechanism function and physiological response mechanism under drought stress, using Cerasus humillis Bunge as experiment materials and pot culture experiments simulating soil drought, its physiological ecology response under different soil water levels were studied. The results showed that moisture content of Cerasus humillis Bunge appeared deficit, and chlorophyll decomposed with soil water decreasing. Cerasus humillis Bunge can adapt to the drought enviroment and insure it's' photosynthetic apparatus against light damage under the soil moisture of 55%~60% field water capacity. With the soil moisture content reduction, it's' photosynthetic apparatus was damaged by the light, and occur reversible photoinhibition under high light intensity at noon. The photoinhibition degree increased with drought level of the soils.
