摘 要: | 分别称取0.2~0.5 g标准土壤样品和实际土壤样品,用微波消解—原子荧光法同时测定土壤中总砷和总汞。结果表明:标准土壤样品中总砷和总汞测定结果的相对误差分别为-3.32%和-4.11%,5次平行测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.66%和1.85%;实际土壤样品测定结果的加标回收率分别为89.1%和83.2%,相对标准偏差分别为4.70%和6.95%。该方法具有准确、操作简便、快速、灵敏度高等优点。

Abstract: | 0.2-0.5. g standard soil samples and actual soil samples were selected to determine the contents of As and Hg in soil by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results showed that the relative error for the determination of total As and Hg in standard soil samples was -3.32% and -4.11%, and the relative standard deviation of 5 parallel determinations was 1.66% and 1.85%, respectively. The spiked recovery of actual soil samples was 89.1% and 83.2% ,and the relative standard deviation was 4.70% and 6.95% ,respectively. The method had the advantages of higher accuracy, simple operation, rapid and sensitivity. |
