| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济全球化,国际大型种子公司逐渐进入我国种业市场,凭借着以基因工程为核心的育种技术以及先进的生产管理,给我国种子企业的发展带来了严峻的挑战。如何规范我国种业产业的快速发展,提升种业产业的国际竞争力是一个亟待解决的问题。该文运用价值链管理分析法,对种子企业价值链及其拓展延伸模式进行分析,探讨种子企业挖潜外部资源、优化和整合企业价值链、实现企业价值最大化的可行途径。

| Abstract: | With the deep development of economic globalization, some large international seed companies enter into China. By virtue of genetic engineering as the core breeding techniques and advanced production management, they accounted for a large part of Chinese seed market, which posed a serious challenge to the development of Chinese seed companies. So, it is an urgent problem that how to regulate the rapid development of Chinese seed industry and enhance the international competitiveness of the seed industry. In this case, by using the seed value chain management analysis method, this paper explored the feasible paths for seed companies to tap external resources, optimize and integrate enterprise value chain, and maximize enterprise value. |
