摘    要:目的]为南瓜属植物优良品种的快速繁育、抗逆性品种的选育等提供研究基础。方法]以"锦粟2号"南瓜叶片为外植体,用不同植物生长调节物质进行组织培养和植株再生。结果]结果表明:试验条件下,诱导叶片分化形成愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;最适的芽分化培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;诱导芽生根的最佳培养基为1/2 MS+NAA 0.5mg/L,芽生根率为100%。结论]成功获得了"锦粟2号"南瓜的愈伤组织及再生植株。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide foundation for the rapid propagation of superior variety and the selection of resistant variety of Cucurbita.Method] The leaves of "Jinsu 2" was used as the explant and treated with different plant growth regulators in tissue culture and plantlet regeneration.Results] The best culture for leaves callus inducement was MS 6-BA 1.0 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L.The most suitable culture for bud rooting inducement was 1/2 MS NAA 0.5 mg/L,and the percentage of rooting was 100%.Conclusion] Tissue culture and plantlet regeneration of "Jinsu 2" was obtained successfully.
