绿僵菌在土壤中宿存的数量及产孢量变化研究

摘    要:研究了MA4、JF842、JF86C、JF883和JF813E五个绿僵菌菌株在土壤中宿存情况,结果表明,绿僵菌在土壤中宿存两个月内,成菌落数呈波动状态,下降较慢,自第3个月起,成菌落数下降较快,最终除JFJF842外土壤中的成菌落数维持在103~104CFU/土样水平。其中JF86C、JF883的宿存能力相对较强,比较适合用于田间应用;而绿僵菌在宿存过程中,其产孢能力的稳定性有利于害虫的持续控制。 关键词:绿僵菌;成菌落数;产孢量;宿存

Abstract:The research on the survival ability of Metarrhizium anisopliae(MA4、JF842、JF86C、JF883、JF813E)shows that the CFUs (colony forming unit) of Metarrhizium anisopliae survived in soil decreased slowly within the first two months, but after two months, the CFUs dropped sharply every month.The CFUs of Metarrhizium anisopliae could be monitored in level of 103-104CFU /sample after 1 year. JF86C and JF883 have more strong survival ability in soil. Too high quantity of spores was detrimental to the long survival of Metarrhizium anisopliae. The sporulation of Metarrhizium anisopliae kept relatively stable in soil.
