摘    要:机械采棉已经成为棉花采摘发展的必然趋势,而采棉机目前仍依赖进口。进口采棉机具有较好的使用性能,但其关键部件摘锭不仅价格高而且维修困难,因此采棉机国产化首要解决的是采摘关键部件及摘锭结构优化问题。为此,主要对采棉机摘锭运动规律进行分析,基于ADAMS对采棉机采摘头关键部件摘锭进行运动轨迹仿真,获取了相关参数和轨迹,实现以轨迹为基础的创新设计。同时,判断采摘机构设计合理性,为国产采棉机采摘部件设计提供研究基础。

Abstract:Mechanical cotton Picker has become an inevitable trend of cotton harvesting, cotton is still dependent on im-ports.Imported cotton Picker has a good performance, but the spindle is not only higher prices of key components and maintenance difficulties,cotton picking key domestic priorities are components and structural optimization of spindle.This paper focuses on the cotton picker spindle motion analysis based on ADAMS for cotton picking heads spindle trajectory simulation of key components, gets the parameters and paths.Realization of trajectory-based innovative design, judge-picking mechanism design rationality,for domestic cotton picking parts is designed to provide basic research.
