摘    要: 从健康猪生长的发酵床垫料中筛选到1株耐高温的高效降解菌Y34,把其接种到猪粪水中反应25 d后,对COD与NH3 N降解率分别为84.7%,83.5%。生长特性表明其最适生长温度为50 ℃。通过形态观察、生理生化鉴定及16S rDNA序列比对,鉴定菌株Y34为地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis),其与Bacillus licheniformis相似性为99.0%。对此菌发酵过程中产酶情况作了研究,结果表明,在50℃培养条件下,菌株Y34能够分泌过氧化氢酶、蛋白酶、脲酶,具有用于研制发酵床微生物制剂的潜力。

Abstract:Bacterial strain Y34 ,isolated from fermentation bed materials of healthy growing pigs, was capable of high efficient degradation and heat adapted performance. The results showed that,in livestock wastewater, after 25 days of degradation,the removal rates of COD and NH3 N were 84.7% and 83.5% by Y34.The optimal temperature for the growth of Y34 was 50 ℃.Based on morphological,physiological,biochemical characteristics,and 16S rDNA phylogenetic analysis, strain Y34 was identified as Bacillus licheniformis.High similarities of 16S rDNA sequence with Bacillus licheniformis was 99.0%.The GenBank accession number is JN848790. It was found that this strain could secrete catalase, protease and urease during the culture at 50℃ and thus was a good candidate for microbial agent used in fermentation bed.
