摘    要:以4WG-200变速器为样机,针对工程车辆控制系统中传感器多、信息交换频繁,并且在重载下作业效率低、故障率高的特点,建立了基于控制器局部网(CAN)的工程车辆自动换挡变速器分布式控制系统。通过CAN总线,实现对各电控单元的实时数据采集、传送和处理。分析了自动换挡的基本规律和影响换挡品质的因素。实践证明该系统性能可靠,实时处理和抗干扰能力强,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:As to many sensors and frequent information exchange in a control system of vehicle, especially low efficiency and high fault rate under heavy load, a distributed control system of automatic shifting transmission, which is based on controller area network(CAN), was developed in this paper. As an example of the transmission 4WG200, the basic regulation of automatic shifting and the factors affecting shifting quality were given. Real time data acquisition,transmission and disposing for an electronic control unit were realized through the CAN bus. The distributed control system proved to be with the characteristics of reliable property, high real time capability and noise immunity in practice.
