离子注入水稻诱发当代损伤效应的研究

摘    要:籼型转基因水稻种子为材料 ,用不同的离子种类、能量和剂量进行辐照 ,采用 3因子 3水平 9个处理的正交试验 ,调查离子束注入对诱变当代幼苗存活率及幼苗生长速度起主导作用的物理因子 ,以研究离子注入水稻诱发当代损伤的效应。结果发现 ,影响存活率效应最大的是注入离子的能量 ,以低能量 (15kev)的离子注入效果最佳 ;影响苗期生长的主效因子是注入离子的种类 ,以Ar+ 为最佳

Abstract:Seeds from transgenic Indica rice plant were treated with the different kinds, the different energy units and the different doses of ions, and the design of orthogonal experiment with three factors and three levels was adopted to search for the major acting factor among these mutant factors which affected on the ratio of alive seedling and the speed of seedling growth and also, to research on the damage efficiency of ion beam implantation on the present generation. The result indicated the energy unit of ion was the most important factor of improving the ratio of alive seedling, and low energy unit(15kev) was the most effective treatment for the ratio of alive seedling. And the kind of ion was the main effective factor affected on the seedling growth, and Ar + was the best treatment for the seedling growth.
