| 摘 要： | '燕安1’是从燕山安梨(Pyrus ussurierLsis Maxim.)群体中选育出来的优良品种，果实平均质 量109.4 g，可溶性固形物16.4％，可滴定酸1.02％，维生素C 10.52 mg·kg-1，肉质细腻、多汁，具有浓郁的安梨香气和风味，9月下旬～10月上旬成熟。

| Abstract: | Yan An 1’ is a new pear variety，selected from the colony of Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim. in Yanshan．The soluble solids content is 16.4％ ，the titratable acid content is 1.02％ ，and the vitamin C content is 10.52 mg·kg-1, the culture has all average fruit mass of 109.4 g and matured in late September to early October in Qinhuangdao．Its flesh is fine and tender in texture with the aroma and flavor of Anli． |
