安梨新品种‘燕安1’

摘    要: '燕安1’是从燕山安梨(Pyrus ussurierLsis Maxim.)群体中选育出来的优良品种,果实平均质 量109.4 g,可溶性固形物16.4%,可滴定酸1.02%,维生素C 10.52 mg·kg-1,肉质细腻、多汁,具有浓郁的安梨香气和风味,9月下旬~10月上旬成熟。

Abstract:Yan An 1’ is a new pear variety,selected from the colony of Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim. in Yanshan.The soluble solids content is 16.4% ,the titratable acid content is 1.02% ,and the vitamin C content is 10.52 mg·kg-1, the culture has all average fruit mass of 109.4 g and matured in late September to early October in Qinhuangdao.Its flesh is fine and tender in texture with the aroma and flavor of Anli.
