| Abstract: | Features of breeder＇s test system for new plant varieties were discussed in the paper through introduction of mode of breeder＇s test system in Australia and Canada. It was also suggested that should further improve and perfect law and system on new varieties of plants, enhance training of personnel resources for testing, and establish reward system of intellectual property protection in China. |
