| 摘 要： | 采用甲醇 水 冰乙酸为流动相,用反相高效液相色谱法和紫外检测器C18柱分离测定烯啶虫胺可溶性粉剂.结果表明,回收率为98.5%～101.33%,变异系数小于2%,线性相关系数为0.9998.此方法简便、快速、准确.

| Abstract: | The recovery rate of 10% nitenpyram soluble powder determined by RP-HPLC method and C18 of UV detector based on taking methanol(75%) water(24.5%) acetic acid(0.5%) as the mobile phase was from 98.5% to 101.33% and its variation coefficient was less than 2% and the liner correlation coefficient was 0.999 8,which indicates that the determination method is of simple,high-speed and accuracy. |
