摘    要:目的:观察芪参超微粉对雏鸡法氏囊疫苗免疫的影响。方法:将1日龄蛋公鸡360只随机均分为6组,21和35日龄,Ⅰ-Ⅴ组分别进行法氏囊疫苗首免和二免。14-21日龄,Ⅰ-Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、0.5%芪参超微粉和2%芪参散,Ⅳ组以玉屏风口服液饮水,V组为免疫对照组,Ⅵ组为不免疫空白对照组。试验前(14日龄,D0)及试验后第7(D7)、14(D14)、21(D21)、28(D28)、35(D35)、42(D42)天分别检测血清中IBD特异性抗体效价。试验后第7(D7)、21(D21)、35(D35)天检测外周血淋巴细胞增殖情况、血清中IL-2含量及体质量变化。结果:与免疫对照组相比,各用药组可以显著提高雏鸡法氏囊疫苗免疫效果,但各组间差异不显著。结论:芪参散经超微粉碎后使用较低剂量即可起到增强雏鸡免疫功能的作用。

Effects of Qishen ultra-micropowder on the immune function of chickens

Abstract:Objetive: To observe the effect of Qishen ultra-micropowder on immune efficacy of infectious bursal disease vaccine in chickens.Methods:Three hundred and sixty 1-day-old chickens were randomly assigned into equal six groups,group Ⅰ-Ⅴ were vaccinated with IBD live virus vaccine on 21st and 35th.From 14th to 21st,group Ⅰ-Ⅲ was added 1% of Qishen ultra-micropowder,0.5% of ultra-micropowder and 2% of Qishen powder in basal diet,respectively,group Ⅳ was given Yupingfeng oral solution,and group Ⅵ was as control without vaccination.Before experiment(chickens were 14day-old,D0)and 7(D7),14(D14),21(D21),28(D28),35(D35)and 42(D42)days after the first immunization,the dynamic change of serum IBD antibody was determined,respectively.On D7,D21 and D35,the dynamic change of peripheral T lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 in serum was determined,respectively.Bodyweight change was also observed.Results:Compared with the control,IBD vaccine immune effect of the treatment groups were significantly improved,and there was no significant difference between each other.Conclusion:Qishen ultra-micropowder could increase immune function of chicken at lower dosage.
