| 摘 要： | 系统分析了农作物种质资源保护利用的重要性、存在的主要短板。提出了新形势下提升农作物种质资源保护利用水平的5点思考:做好顶层设计,分类开展保护;坚持保护和利用相结合;加强种质资源库(圃)建设;加强种质资源引进与交换;多管齐下,提升种质资源管理水平。
