| 摘 要： | 近年来广东省部分地区香蕉植株出现黄化、萎焉和枯死等症状,对病变部分进行病原分离鉴定和接种试验,确定是由疫霉菌(Phytophthorasp.)所引起的一种香蕉新病害。病菌从香蕉根部侵染,进入植株后扩展到茎部,产生水渍状、褐色和黑色病变,引起香蕉细胞和组织腐烂、坏死。病菌可以经母株与吸芽的连接部分,由母株扩展到吸芽。疫霉菌可以在病组织和土壤中存活,通过雨水、灌溉水和带菌土壤进行田间或远距离传播。

| Abstract: | In recent years,a new banana disease occurred in Guangdong province,causing leaf yellowing,plant wilt and death.Pathogen isolation and identification showed that the disease was caused by Phytophthora sp.,a new pathogen of banana.The pathogen intruded banana plant through root wounds,and then extended to com,causing water-soaked,brown to black necrotic syndrome,death of cells and rot of tissues.The pathogen could extend to suckers from mother plant via conjunction part.The pathogen could live in disease tissues and soil,and could be borne to healthy plants by rain,irrigation and infected soil in the field and for long distance. |
