二次回归正交旋转组合设计优化单细胞蛋白饲料的研究

摘    要:优化酵母菌发酵杂粕培养基的3个因素配比。应用DPS统计分析软件中的三元二次正交旋转组合设计方案进行试验设计,并分析各因素对Y值的效应关系。对二次多项回归方程寻优,在30℃,接种量8.64%,发酵时间31.1h时.发酵效价最高。二次正交旋转组合设计可用于发酵培养基组分的优化和分析。

Abstract:Objective the formula of there ingredients of fermentation medium for yeast from swine ori-gin.Methods design the test by using the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design in DPS soft-ware.Analyze the effect of various factors on response value.Results the optimization of quadratic re-gression equation was in 30 ℃,inoculum was 8.64% and the fermentation time was 31.1 h.Conclusion quadratic orthogonal rotation combination design was suitable for the optimization of ingredients of fer-mentation medium.
