| 摘 要： | 学生干部队伍是高校实施思想政治教育和管理工作的一支重要力量,关系到高校人才培养的质量。培养一支高水平、高素质的学生干部队伍一直是教育管理者们探索的重要问题之一。从目前高校学生干部队伍建设中存在的问题、创新选拔方法、加强培养和建立评价考核机制等方面提出一些初步的建议。

| Abstract: | College student cadres is to implement the ideological and political education and management,an important force related to the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities.How to cultivate high-level,high-quality cadres is an important issue to educate managers to explore.Current problems with some initial recommendations in the building,innovation and selection of ways to strengthen the training and the establishment of assessment and evaluation mechanisms are put forward. |
