白腐真菌降解木质素酶系特性及其应用

摘    要:木质素是潜在的可再生资源.近年来利用白腐真菌对其进行降解已成为研究的热点。简述了白腐菌降解木质素酶系及催化作用以及白腐真菌的降解机理,介绍了白腐真菌在农作物秸秆、造纸工业、食品工业以及生物堆肥中的应用。

Abstract:Lignin is a potential resource for being recycled.The investigation of biodegradation of lignin by microorganisms has been more and more active in recent years.The lignin enzymatic system degenerated by white-rot fungi and the catalytic effect as well as the white-rot fungus’s degeneration mechanism were summarized.Finally,the application in the crops straw stalk,the paper industry,the food industry as well as the biological compost were introduced in the arcticle.
