摘    要:基于苏北平原河网水文地理特性,建立了污染负荷控制的计算模型,对江水东引清水通道涉及区域进行水环境容量计算,并结合排污量计算出河道污染物削减量或剩余环境容量,在此基础上进行污染负荷控制措施的研究。结果表明:江水东引清水通道沿线主要河段的水质一般情况下能满足要求,但也应注意到点源污染相对较集中,这会造成支流某些纳污河段容易出现水质超标,而利用清水通道加大调水量可以改善水质状况。

Abstract:Based on the hydrological and geographical features of model on pollution load control is established. The model is used reduction amount, or remaining environmental carrying capacity the plain river network region in the northern Jiangsu province, a to calculate the water environmental carrying capacity, the pollutant based on pollutant discharge amount in the area influenced by water -diluting channel of the Yangtze River water diversion. Then pollution load control strategies are studied. Results show that the water quality of the main river reaches downstream the water-dilution channel can meet the water quality requirements. But point pollution is pretty intensive, which can lead to deterioration of water quality at the tributaries. So water environment quality can be improved by increasing the water diversion form the Yangtze River.
