摘    要:试验通过12种营养液对虎舌红进行水培培养,并以清水为对照,测定对虎舌红叶片气孔的影响。结果表明:所试用的13组溶液中,虎舌头红仅能在其中6组中存活,其余配方下,虎舌红相继死亡;这6组配方对虎舌红叶片气孔总面积大小的影响顺序为:MS1/8 Hoagland1/2MS1/4MSCK1/8MS;由此可见,最适合虎舌红水培的营养液为MS营养液。

Abstract:The 12 kinds of nutrient solution on Ardisia for hydroponic cultivation,and to clear solution as the control,determination of the impact of Ardisia stomata.The results showed that the trial of 13 kinds of nutrient solution,only Ardisia nutrient solution in which 6 groups to surive,the remaining formula,the Ardisia had died;This group of formula 6 under Ardisia stomatal size of the total area of the trend was MS>1/8 Hoagland>1/2MS>1/4MS>CK>1/8MS,so the most suitable solution was MS.
