摘    要:对6个菜薹品种的4种不同外植体进行了组织培养和植株再生研究,结果表明,子叶与茎尖中以分化不定芽,而下胚轴和幼根只能形成愈伤组织及不定根;在MS BA2mg/L NAA1mg/L ABA0.5mg/L AgNO34mg/L培养基上,子叶的不定芽分化频率最高(23.3%),而在MS+BA1mg/L KT1mg/L NAA0.2mg/L培养基上,茎尖繁殖系统为1.66,快速繁殖效果较为理想,结果还表明,菜薹不同品种间的组织培养能力存在明显差异。

Abstract:In vitro culture and plant regeneration were carried out in 6 varieties of Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis var.utilis Tsen et Lee. The results showed that adventitious buds were induced from shoot tips and cotyledons, while there were only calluses and roots formed in explants of hypocotyls and roots. Highest induced frequency (23.3%)of adventitious buds from cotyledons was obtained in medium MS+BA2mg/L +NAA1mg/L+ABA0.5 mg/L+AgNO3 4mg/L. Medium MS+BA1mg/L+KT1mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L was most suitable for rapid multiplication, in which the propagation coefficient of shoots was highest(1.66). The results also showed that there were differences in ability of differentiating adventitious buds among six test varieties.
