摘    要:本文研究了70个普通小麦品种和4个烘烤品质优良的亲本与4个农艺亲本间配置的20个正反交F#-1,以及1个杂交小麦F#-1的胚乳高分子量谷蛋白亚基。发现它们在品种间的变异较大,在品种内是稳定和一致的。它们在杂种F#-1呈现共显性遗传和倾母现象。讨论了杂种F#-1胚乳高分子量谷蛋白亚基共显性遗传在杂种判断和品种纯度鉴定中的应用。

Abstract:Using seeds of 70 hexapioid wheat cultvars and F_1 seeds of 20 crosses between 4 parents with good bread-making quality and 4 parents with good agronomic characteristics, as well as F_1 seeds of a hybrid wheat, the high-molecular-weight (HMW) subunit compositions of seed glutenin were studied by SDS-PAGE. The results indicated that there were large variations in HMW gluenin subunit compositions among cultivars of hexaploid wheat (T. aestivum L.), but were the same within a cultivar. All the HMW gluteuin subunits can be transmitted to the reciprocal F_1 generation from the both parents, and the inheritance of HMW glutenin snbunit composition in F_1 is consistent with the co-dominant type. A significant effect of the female was found when comparing HMW glutenin subunit composition of reciprocal F_1 with that of the parents. It appears that the hybrid F_1 can be checked by basing on the co-dominant inheritance of HMW glutenin subunit composition in the F_1 generation.
