摘    要:通过传统培养方法和PCR-DGGE技术,分析了新疆南疆稻、棉轮作与棉花连作健康土壤细菌数量和群落结构在不同的生育期的变化情况,为揭示新疆南疆长期连作健康棉田的土壤微生态系统的特殊性提供支持.结果表明,与连作棉田相比,稻、棉轮作的棉田的苗期、蕾期的土壤细菌总数较少,花铃期和吐絮期的细菌总数差别不大,DGGE图谱分析表明稻...

Abstract:Through the method of traditional culture and PCR-DGGE,difference of soil bacteria structure between rice-cotton rotation and continuous cropping cotton field in south Xinjiang was analysed.The result showed,compared with continuous cropping cotton field,bacteria Shannon-Weiner index and structure of rotation field changed markedly in different stages.Total bacteria was lower in seeding stage and bud stage.There were special kinds appeared in bud stage of rotation field.
