摘    要:以一年生平邑甜茶幼苗为材料,在水培条件下研究了盐胁迫下平邑甜茶叶片内源游离态多胺、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化以及外源多胺和多胺合成抑制剂对它们的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下平邑甜茶叶片中MDA含量显著增加,精胺(Spm)和亚精胺(Spd)含量明显降低,腐胺(Put)含量显著增加,(Spd+Spm)/Put显著降低,多胺总量...
