基于多谱辐射仪的柠条地上干生物量估算模型研究

摘    要:以典型黄土丘陵区山西省偏关县柠条林为研究对象,用CROPSCAN多谱辐射仪实测了柠条的光谱值,并统计灌丛的地上生物量,以560nm光谱反射值与柠条地上干生物量建立回归模型。结果表明:黄土丘陵阴向斜缓坡以回归模型W=0.965R0.626拟合效果最好(r=0.706);黄土丘陵阳向斜缓坡以回归模型W=1.056+0.243R拟合效果最好(r=0.612);黄土丘陵区综合立地整体以回归模型W=0.937+0.949lnR拟合效果最好(r=0.659)。这些回归模型经检验均达到极显著水平(Sig=0.000)。基于多谱辐射仪的灌木林生物量测定方法快速、便捷、准确,可成为灌木生物量研究的重要方法。

Abstract:The spectra of Caragana microphylla were measured with CROPSCAN and aboveground biomass was collected in Pianguan County, a typical Loess hilly region in Shanxi Province. Different regression models between spectra at 560 nm and aboveground biomass were established. For the loess hills, the data best fitted the regression model (W =0.937+0.949ln R, r =0.659, P<0.001). On the shady slope in the loess hills, the best model was W=0.965R 0.626 (r=0.706, P<0.001) and on sunny slope W =1.056+0.243R (r=0.612, P<0.001). The results show that the determination of the shrub biomass with a multi-spectral radiometer is fast, convenient and accurate, which can be an important method to measure shrub biomass.
