外源CaCl2对提高葡萄幼苗抗寒性的研究

摘    要:试验采用0.5,1.0,5.0mmol/L浓度的CaCl2喷施葡萄幼苗叶片。在越冬前抗寒锻炼期间定期取一年生根、茎,测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。结果表明:外源CaCl2能明显提高葡萄幼苗在抗寒锻炼期间茎、根中SOD及POD活性,降低MDA含量,减轻膜脂的过氧化程度,提高了幼苗的抗寒性。5.0mmol/L CaCl2处理效果最为明显。

Abstract:The grape seedlings were treated with 0.5 mmol/L,1.0 mmol/L and 5.0 mmol/L separately using leaf application.Samples of roots and stem segments were collected during the period of cold hardiness before everwintering.The changes of SOD and POD activities,and MDA content were checked.The results showed that exogenous CaCl_2 could increase SOD and POD activities,and could decrease MDA content significantly.Thus,exogenous CaCl_2 could improve the cold resistance of grape seedling,especially(5.0 mmol/L) CaCl_2 treatment.
