| 摘 要： | 植物根际微生物种类丰富多样,某些有益微生物具有改善根际微生态环境、促进植物生长、抑制或减轻植物病害、减少化肥和农药投入、减轻环境污染等作用。桑树作为重要的经济作物,由于长期定居同一地点,根际特征更为复杂,其根际微生物的研究对桑树生长发育、病虫害的生物防治、新肥新药的开发都具有十分重要的意义。
