| Abstract: | The plantlets vitro-propagated were grafted on to 4-week young walnut seedling rootstocks. The procedure of micro-grafting has been developed. In micro-grafting could have several advantages: A large number of scions of new walnut cultivars could be vitro multiplicated in one year; after transplanting, the young grafted plants with a strong rootsystem of seedling rootstock grow more vigorously than self-rooted walnut trees by vitro propagation. |
