摘    要:【目的】了解新疆不同杏品种的光合生理生态日变化特性。【方法】利用LI-6400便携式光合测定系统对自然条件下的10个新疆主栽杏光合生理特性日变化及其与气象因子关系。【结果】各品种的光合速率差异明显,库买提杏最高,与北山玉吕克差异显著,与其他8个品种差异极显著。供试杏品种的光合速率日变化均为双峰曲线,有光合"午休"现象。各品种光合速率与温度、光合有效辐射、气孔导度和蒸腾速率呈正相关,而与空气相对湿度和胞间CO2浓度呈负相关。【结论】不同杏品种间光合日变化趋势相同,各特征参数存在着差异性。

Abstract:【Objective】The photosynthetic physioecological diurnal characteristics of different varieties of Xinjiang apricot were surveyed in this paper.【Method】The photosynthesis changes and physiological characteristics between meteorological factors under natural conditions of 10 breeds of Xinjiang apricot were studied by using LI-6400 portable photosynthetic determination system.【Result】The photosynthetic rates in different breeds are significantly great;the highest lies in Kumaiti,which is significantly different from Beishanyulvke,and has an extremely significant difference from other 8 varieties.The photosynthetic rate of daily variation was double-peak curve in selected apricot varieties;the photosynthetic "nap" phenomenon was presented in these varieties.Temperature,photosynthetic available radiation,and transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were positively correlated with photosynthetic rate and air relative humidity,and intercellular CO2 concentration was negatively correlated with photosynthetic rate in different varieties.【Conclusion】Daily photosynthetic characteristic of different varieties of apricots has the same trend,but the differences exists in parameters.
