| Abstract: | Taking the development situation of domestic and foreign forestry as the backgroud, it is pointed out the key problem is, affter forestry was given a right position, how the forest management to work well, and how to transform. Especially, in accordance with the existing problems in commune-owned forest area of south China, some directional solutions are presented in this paper. |
