喷施烯效唑对玉米叶片衰老特性和产量的影响

摘    要:以新品种川单418为材料,研究了在玉米抽雄期喷施烯效唑对玉米生长后期叶片衰老特性和产量的效应。结果表明,喷施烯效唑有效抑制了细胞膜透性物质的产生,促进叶绿素的形成,并改变了叶绿素动态变化规律,减缓叶片的衰老进程,提高作物产量。适宜喷施浓度为20~40 mg/L。

Abstract:An acid-stress of maize was studied with four typical inbred lines by pot culture. The experiment results showed that development and dry weight were interfered with acid-stress, the differences among genotypes were significant at 0.05 or 0.01. Area of ear leaf, dry weights of shoot and functional leaves were decreased for the inbreds tested under acid-stress. Acid-tolerance inbred lines Z01 and Z03 were better than acid-sensitive inbred in growth.
