| 摘 要： | 以江苏省沿海开发为例,详细分析了失海渔民在可续生计发展中面临的困境,并探索了失海渔民可持续生计路径,得出了完善征海程序是突破困境的基础,加强技能培训是突破困境的关键,发展休闲渔业是突破困境的桥梁,健全保障体系是突破困境的核心。

| Abstract: | Taking Jiangsu provincial coastal development as an example,the difficulties of sustainable livelihood of sea-losing fishermen were analyzed in detail,and its path was explored.To improve the procedure of land requisition was the basis of breaking the predicament.To strengthen skills training was the key to break the predicament.To develop leisure fishery was the bridge of breaking the predicament.To perfect social security system was the core of breaking the predicament. |
