| 摘 要： | 随机选取同期孵化出雏的中国地方鸡种如皋鸡和引进隐性白羽鸡72只和55只,测定部分免疫性状。利用PCR-SSCP技术检测如皋鸡和隐性白羽鸡Nramp1基因第9外显子的多态性,并对不同基因型与免疫性状进行相关分析。结果表明:如皋鸡与隐性白羽鸡H/L、淋巴细胞转化率和IgM含量均差异显著(P<0.05)。如皋鸡AA型的H/L显著低于BB型和AB型(P<0.05),而AA型的淋巴细胞转化率和IgM含量显著高于BB型(P<0.05)。隐性白羽鸡各基因型对免疫指标的影响与如皋鸡的趋势相同。该研究结果初步显示,如皋鸡的综合免疫性能优于隐性白羽鸡,AA基因型的综合免疫性能优于AB型和BB型。
