市售蔬菜食用安全性调查

摘    要:调查了上海市青浦区某菜场所销售蔬菜可食用部分的铅、镉、汞残留量,并分析了重金属在蔬菜不同部位的分布。结果表明,红米苋铅、镉、汞含量最高,分别为0.248、0.081、0.030 mg/kg;除苋菜外,其他蔬菜均达到食品卫生标准。

Investigation on the Edible Safety of Market Vegetable

Abstract:The residue levels of Pb,Cd and Hg in edible part of market vegetable in one food market of Qingpu district of Shanghai City were investigated and the distrbutions of heavy metals in different parts of vegetable were analyzed.The results showed that the contents of Pb,Cd and Hg in Amaranthus mangostanus were the highest of 0.248,0.081 and 0.030 mg/kg respectively;except for edible amaranth,the other vegetable all reached standard of food hygiene.
