摘    要:东北地区是我国大青杨(Populus ussuriensis Kom.)的主要产地。大青杨虽是青杨派抗寒能力较强的物种,但在引种过程中发现有的地区大青杨抗寒力较弱,严重影响成活率。所以研究东北地区不同种源大青杨的抗寒性,不仅对引种、杂交育种有重要意义,而且也有利于进一步认识大青杨的地理变异。通过九个产地大青杨的抗寒力试验,从中可以选择出最佳引种范围。为此,试验采用了电导法测定大青杨离体组织的抗寒性差异。

Abstract:The cold resistance of 9 provenances of P. ussuriensis Kom has been measured by conductivity gauge. The results are as follows: There is significant difference in the cold resistance of different provenances of P. ussuriensis. Cold resistance is directly proportional to the latitude, annual average temperature and January average temperature of the location of the seed sources, the higher the latitude, the stronger the cold resistance.
