| 摘 要： | 渔业生态标签制度利用市场激励机制和消费者对绿色渔产品的偏好,引导生产者自觉关注环保,促进渔业可持续发展,是一种有效的渔业管理手段。中国目前有无公害渔产品、绿色渔产品和有机渔产品3种生态标签认证制度,它们在实施过程中存在标准不统一,缺乏有效监督管理机制,且与国际标准不相一致等问题,因而需要根据国际标准建立统一的国家标准,并通过制定完善相应法规建立配套的渔业标签监管机制,以完善中国的渔业生态标签制度。

| Abstract: | The fishery products ecolabelling makes use of the market encouragement system and the consumers' preference of green fishery products to direct producers who pay more attention to the environmental protection and to the development of healthy fisheries in the long run.Thus,the ecolabelling system is an effective measurement for fishery administration.At present,there are three systems of fishery products ecolabellings in China,safe fishery products,green fishery products and organic fishery products.Yet,problems such as the low standard,lack of effective supervision,and discordant with the international standard are found in the three fishery product ecolabelings.Hence it is necessary for China to improve fishery products ecolabelling through establishment of the uniform standard conforming to the international standard and stipulating laws to set up fishery products ecolabelling supervision organizations. |
