| 摘 要： | 针对沧州洪涝灾害严重、干旱缺水问题突出、水污染日益加剧三大水问题,结合沧州水资源特点及水利工程设施现状,进行雨洪资源综合利用模式研究,充分利用沧州境内的河道、水库、坑塘、洼淀拦蓄利用雨洪资源,以达到水资源的可持续利用及人口、资源、环境和经济协调发展的目的。 |
