| 摘 要： | 丝素肽是丝素蛋白的水解产物，分子量较低，它既有丝蛋白原有的优良特性，又有许多新的用途，具有很好的开发前景。目前已经研究出许多令人瞩目的成就。本文综述了丝素肽的制备方法并且结合国内几十年关于丝素肽性能的材料，总结出其应用领域以及开发前景。
