| 摘 要： | 政府扶持力度不够,原料基地建设不健全,技术梗阻,新产品开发相对滞后,生产体系不健全,专业技术人员的缺乏,产业链中关键环节链接不畅,这些是我国沙棘产业化开发的瓶颈.克服我国沙棘产业化开发中的薄弱环节与瓶颈,应拓宽投融资渠道,沙棘项目力争国家资金支持,增强其产业化建设力度.立足资源优势,推动沙棘生产基地建设.实施专业化、标准化生产,创造名牌产品,打造现代化企业.加强龙头企业的合理配置与配套设施.强化高新技术的应用与研发,及时进行产品的更新换代.制定全面的营销方略,开辟和寻求内外销市场.

| Abstract: | Rarely financial support from government imperfect the base construction for raw material is not perfect, technical difficulties slow development of new production is defective productive system seldom specialized professional members incomplete key links of the productive chain, all these factors become the bottle-neck of seabuckthorn development and utilization. In order to overcome the weak points and the bottle-neck of seabuckthorn production in China, we have to widen the investment channels, endeavor to enlist seabuckthorn project into the important projects with capital from the central government to strengthen its production construction. Based on the resources preponderance to promote construction of production bases. We have to realize specialization and standardization in seabuckthorn production, to create well-know brand for production and establish modernized enterprise and to strengthen rational complete net for leading enterprises. We should emphasize the application and researches of high-tech. Product regeneration in time is useful way, to work out an overall plan for sales and to open and search on domestic and oversea markets. |
