摘    要:分析了苦丁茶多酚类总量、儿茶素组成、咖啡碱和维生素C含量.结果表明,苦丁茶含有少量的表儿茶素(EC)、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)和表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG),不含表没食子儿茶素(EGC)和( )-儿茶素( )-C],咖啡碱含量为0.0228~0.0436%,约为茶叶的1/100;维生素C含量为31.21~45.60mg/100g.在被测代谢物中,苦丁茶与茶叶具有不同的代谢类型.

Abstract:Composition of catechins and contents of polyphenols, caffeine and vitamine C were analysed by HPLC method. A very low content of epi-catechin (EC) , epi-gallocatechin gallate (EGCG) . epi-catechin gallate (ECG)was detected,but none of epi-galiocatechin(EGC)and (4-)-catechin((( )-C) in Kudingcha. The content of caffeine in Kudingcha was between 0. 0228% and 0. 0436% which was about 1% of that in green tea. The content of vitamine C in Kudingcha amounted to 31. 21mg/100g to 45. 6mg/100g. It is considered that the two species have different metabolic types in the determined substances, Kudingcha is a beverage plant with little caffeine.
