摘 要: | 介绍斗式电磁振动给料器的特点和送料原理,通过给料器力学模型的建立,分析影响振幅的因素以及频率比的选择;振幅对物料输送方式及输送速度的影响,得出最佳振幅的选择原则,进而为设计给料器的参数设计提供理论依据。

Abstract: | The characteristics and transportation principle of bucket electromagnetic vibration feeder were introduced. The amplitude-influence factors and the choice of frequency ratios were analyzed by establishing a feeder dynamic model. Analyzing the influence of amplitude on transportation method and speed, the choice principle for optimum amplitude was obtained, and provided theoretical basis for feeder parameter design. |
