| 摘 要： | 近年来我国农业节水事业得到了较快发展 ,但与水资源短缺的形势相比 ,农业节水的发展速度和规模仍然是滞后的。主要问题之一是没有建立适应社会主义市场经济和现行农业经营体制条件下全面发展农业节水的投资机制和政策。本文首先分析了我国农业节水投入的现状和问题。在此基础上 ,借鉴国外经验并结合我国实际提出了增加农业节水投入、改革和完善投资政策的一些意见和建议 ,以期尽快建立我国发展农业节水的保障体系。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyzed the current situation and problems of investment for water-saving agriculture in China. Referring to foreign experience and combining with national actuality, author presented several proposals as increasing investment for water-saving agricultue, reforming and integrating investment policy to establish guarantee system for the development of water-saving agriculture. |
