摘    要:为了提高大范围变负荷恒压供水系统的控制精度和可靠性,提出了采用多台水泵分级控制,变频调速的恒压控制策略。针对恒压供水系统具有多参数、非线性、大时滞的特点,设计了一种参数自适应模糊PID控制器。该控制器能够对供水系统中的水压调节进行有效控制。仿真结果和实际应用表明,采用参数自适应模糊PID控制器后,控制系统的响应速度加快,超调量减小,过渡过程时间大大缩短,振荡次数少,具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的稳定性。该系统取代了高塔或水泵直接加压供水方式, 提高了供水质量, 节能效果明显, 极具推广及应用价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the control precision and reliability of large-scope loading-changing water supply system of constant pressure,the strategy of multi-level control of pumps and variable-frequency speed governing of constant pressure water supply(CPWS) is proposed in this paper.A parameter adaptive FUZZY-PID controller is designed according to the characteristics of CPWS such as multi-parameters,nonlinear,big delay,etc.The controller can effectively control the water pressure of the system.Simulation results and practical uses indicate that application of the fuzzy controller can speed up the response of the system,lessen the ultra-volume,shorten the transition time,and decrease vibration frequency.System with the controller has strong robustness and good stability.Through replacement of high-tower or pump direct-pressured with the system,the water supply quality is improved,and energy saving effect is obvious.So the device has high application value.
