| 摘 要： | 根据锯链链轴热处理的技术要求,设计出全自动链轴高频淬火机床.其采用机械手握持链轴送进淬火,气压传动实现工序动作,并由电脑编程的主控制器来控制全部工序过程.实践表明,使用该机床后劳动生产率和链轴淬火质量都有显著提高.

| Abstract: | According to the technical requirements of the heat treatment of chains and chain axlesa,n automatic high frequency quenching machine for chain axles is designed.A manipulator is used for feeding the chain axles to be quenched,hydraulic transmission is used to realize process movement and a main controller programmed by computers is used for controlling the whole process.The practice shows that the use of the machine has substantially improved the productivity and quenching quality of chain axles. |
